Fibabanka – Mobile App Launch Campaign

Problem / Brief

Fibabanka aimed to introduce new mobile app updates in a way that felt fun, approachable, and memorable, leveraging its signature rabbit mascot to create a stronger connection with users.

Solution

We designed a highly engaging 3D creative experience for high-traffic urban locations like Nişantaşı City’s AVM, Akmerkez, and Icon. The mascot stepped out of the screen, directly addressing passersby and guiding them through the app’s new features with a friendly, energetic tone. We managed the entire process end-to-end, from concept development to final production.

Result

By building a fresh, immersive brand story from scratch, the campaign won full approval from the Fibabanka team. It successfully communicated the app’s innovations in a clear, playful way, turning a simple product update into a standout, high-impact urban activation that resonated with consumers and boosted brand engagement.
